Attention members- please read!
Not reracking weights has increasingly become an issue here. It is proper gym etiquette to rerack your weights after use. Failing to do so is lazy and disrespectful. This is not the culture we wish to maintain. It is not fair to other members or to the owners and employees who constantly have to clean up after you.
We have installed cameras directed at random machines to identify those responsible. From this point forward, if you are caught on camera leaving weights on machines, your membership will be revoked immediately with no refund. (We don’t mean oops you forgot one time, we understand it happens. We are referring to repeat offenders on multiple machines.)

We thank our members who take care of our equipment and clean up after themselves (and others).

We get tagged in and see lots of posts asking about gyms with childcare, so we’d like to take a moment to explain our kids’ room — please share! Many parents may not know this option is available.

At Cedartown Health Spa, we value family first and foremost. We love giving parents the opportunity to get their workout in! Our kids’ room is not staffed — it is simply a carpeted room with toys and places for children to sit and hang out, with windows so you can see in and out.

There is no extra cost to our members; it’s just a benefit we offer. Please do not allow children on any workout equipment unless permission is given by an owner.
