The Easy-Mode Diet
Two rules only:
1. Eat once per day
2. Your meal must be prepared at home.
This is the easiest diet in the world to follow. It is simple, it requires no expertise, or counting, or tracking, and done properly you should not feel very hungry.
Exercise is encouraged, but not mandatory. It will work just fine without exercise. A little bit of weight training will prevent you from losing muscle, and a little bit of cardio will be good for your health and burn some more calories.
Who this is for: people who are not very good at cooking. People who eat out too much. People who do not play sports or have serious gym goals, gamer dudes, workaholics, computer geeks
Who this is not for: people who can cook extremely dense and delicious meals. Athletes or bodybuilders with vigorous training schedules. People who eat extremely large meals in one sitting. People who overthink.
How to get better results: weight train 2-3x per week, have an additional protein shake during the day, eat as much protein as possible during your one meal.
