Just wanted to let those that normally come to Open Gym on Wednesdays that we will not be open due to Spring Break for most of the Cedar Rapids area schools.

Happy snowy Thursday. Since the cancellation of all the local school districts, there WILL NOT be any Sokol gymnastic classes today.

So gymnasts, stay home and practice all your routines, SAFELY.

Morning all Sokol followers,

Please note there will be NO Sokol activities tonight, Monday March 7th. This includes all gymnastic classes and our Sokol Unit meeting.

At this time we have no makeup time scheduled for gym classes.

We will have Open Gym tomorrow as scheduled. Starts at 6:00 for an hour.

Hello everyone,

Open gym has been canceled for tonight, January 25, 2022, due to the cold weather and school that was canceled today.

Open gym will resume next Wednesday at 6:00 pm.

New at Sokol!

We now have open gym on Wednesday’s evenings. Opening at 6:00pm.

This is great time for young adults, 18 years and older, to practice and continue they gymnastics skills.

We welcome the youth as well to practice their skills they have learned. A coach will be present to assist the youth to be better.

Our gym has a full range of gymnastic equipment for all ages and genders.

Come give us a visit.
