lives and the world around them. We would love to get to know you and would love the chance to share with you what we’ve learned about yoga and its’ benefits. We’ll teach you natural stress and pain relief techniques in each class using yoga poses and breath work, visualization, and meditation. We want to guide you into the healthy habit of a regular yoga practice. Come to class to connect back to yourself and maybe stay awhile after class to connect with others or to sit in our lounge and look through our little library of yoga books.We Toula Teachers are all personal testaments of the strength, balance, and personal peace yoga can bring to life.

Mountain Pose encourages us to stand tall and proud. With our feet firmly planted on our mats, we bring awareness to—and embody—our full selves, from our toes through our crowns.

In Sanskrit, “tada” means mountain, and “asana” means posture. Together, those words become ताड़ासन, or Tadasana—Mountain Pose. From the outside, Mountain Pose may look easy, but it is quietly powerful, much like a mountain itself. At a distance, a mountain simply juts into the sky. Up close, the mountain is full of purpose: It creates sanctuaries for animals. It lets water flow down, for all of us to benefit. It holds firm to the plants that clean our air and sustain our ecosystem.

As continues, Tadasana teaches us to stand with intention, to be seen, that we are valued and divine.

Meet Andrea Parks, a dedicated yoga teacher, qigong instructor, educator, owner of Toula Yoga and lifelong student of movement and mindfulness.

Andrea has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2007, bringing nearly three decades of personal practice and almost twenty years of teaching experience to her classes.

Teacher Spotlight 💫

Andra Dill, one of the original Toula teachers. Andra has been practicing yoga since the 80’s and teaching and leading others for many years.
Andra says “ I utilized my practice to help keep me limber and relieve the tightness/achiness that settles into my body.
No matter what my age, there’s the social component for me also.
I love the yoga community and have made many dear, lifelong friends. I stay on my mat because
I’m curious and love to learn and discover new techniques, new philosophies, and delve into anatomy.”
