Meet Andrea Parks, a dedicated yoga teacher, qigong instructor, educator, owner of Toula Yoga and lifelong student of movement and mindfulness.
Andrea has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2007, bringing nearly three decades of personal practice and almost twenty years of teaching experience to her classes.

🕉️ 200-Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training (2007) with Marsha Nieland and a current licensed instructor with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga
