And that's a wrap on the 2025-26 season! Congratulations to our spring league winners, Cale, Parker, Greg, and Mac!

We're going to miss broomstacking over the summer. We may have to schedule a few out-of-season trips to visit to our favorite server, Kelsey, and Union Station Sports Bar & Grill!

Cedar Rapids Curling has THE BEST members ever. We're not biased. It's just fact. This season, we hosted almost two dozen public events, during which we shared our sport with the community and taught nearly 700 people to curl! We couldn't have done this without our amazing volunteers. As the season comes to an end tonight, we're tired, but we're also energized about the future of curling and our home club!

Cedar Rapids Curling on the road!

Phil, Parker, Cale, and Steve; and Emily, Nancy, Lynn, and Beth traveled to Green Bay for the GBCC Harry Maier Memorial Open Bonspiel. Mac and Claire joined emeritus CRC members Martha and Murray at the Hobber Dobber Invitational at St. Paul Curling Club.

Congratulations to our Spring Instructional League graduates! The progress they made over four weeks was phenomenal and the games played on the final week were competitive and fun.

We hope you all had as much fun as we did, and we hope to see you on the ice again in the fall!

USA Curling announced today that the 2027 USA Curling Men’s & Women’s National Championships will be held in West Des Moines, Iowa, with games taking place at the MidAmerican Energy RecPlex.

And that's a wrap on our Olympic season one-night Learn-to-Curl events! We hosted our last sold-out session last week and our community saved the best for last -- what great curlers!

We've taught more than 500 people to curl over the past three months. We're thrilled to share our love of this sport and were giddy with the interest that the Olympics drummed up. We very much hope to see many of you on the ice again!

Cedar Rapids Curling members visited our neighbors to the east and west last month. Cale, Emily, Jay, and Lynn won the D event at the 40th annual Chicago Mixed Bonspiel. Mark, Kirby, Molly, and Michael were runners-up in the D event at Aksarben Curling's Irish Spiel.
