For 8 Saturdays from 9AM-10AM beginning June 6th (skipping July 4th), and are hosting a Women’s Only Self Defense Bootcamp.

You will train practical striking and grappling techniques along with real world decision making in a supportive environment. You’ll also get to meet and hear the stories of our active women’s only team. After each class you are invited to stay for our women’s only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class from 10AM-11AM for an even more in depth study.

We have done self defense seminars in the past, but intimately one class does not offer someone enough repetition to successfully implement a strategy in a real world setting. We feel 8 weeks offers a much more advantageous opportunity for drilling and complete understanding.
