Everyone is welcome to participate in the Murph Challenge 2026! Join us after our last kickboxing class on Memorial Day ( Kickboxing class times 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30am). Estimated start time for Murph - 9:30am. Guests are encouraged.
You are able to go at your own pace and modify as needed.
1 mile run, 100 Pullups OR 100 Burpees, 200 Pushups, 300 Squats, 1 mile run
*ADJUSTED HOLIDAY SCHEDULE WILL NOT COUNT AGAINST ATTENDANCE FOR TEN WEEKERS*

We’d love to invite you to a Sound Bath at FXB Edgewood this Saturday, May 23rd at 9:30 AM.

This event is open to all members, and friends and family are absolutely welcome — no membership required. It’s a wonderful opportunity to slow down, reset, and start your weekend feeling calm and restored.

✨ What to expect:
A relaxing sound bath experience with David designed to help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
• A blanket
• A pillow
• Anything else that helps you feel comfortable while resting
