- Advanced 6:30-8:00

However, if you are interested in competing this weekend, our coaching staff will be at the Marion Kids Classic this Sunday afternoon. Registration information is on our website!

Monday, 1/6:
6:00pm-7:00pm: Beginner practice

Wednesday, 1/8:
5:30pm-6:30pm: Intermediate practice
6:30pm-8:00pm: Advanced practice

Thursday, 1/9:
5:30pm-6:30pm: Intermediate practice
6:30pm-8:00pm: Advanced practice

Our club t-shirts are ready as well, we will be giving them out at practice this week.

Tonight is Junior Cougar Night at the high school dual meet!

Please arrive by 6:30pm in the main gym with workout clothes and wrestling shoes. We will be gathering in the hallway by the stairs that lead down to the wrestling room. Once the JV dual is complete, we will take the mats to run through some drills in front of the crowd.

Beginner practice moved to 12/10 due to a High School Tournament at Kennedy

Tuesday, 12/10:
5:30pm-6:30pm: Combined practice with Beginner and Intermediate groups
6:30pm-8:00pm: Advanced practice

Wednesday, 12/11:
5:30pm-6:30pm: Intermediate practice
6:30pm-8:00pm: Advanced practice

Thursday, 12/12:
Junior Cougar Night, 6:30pm @ Kennedy High School, Main Gym

Another quick reminder that we will be combining groups tonight and practicing from 7-8:15pm. If you show up early, feel free to support our high school girls team in the main gym!

Practice schedule update for Thursday, 11/21: Due to the Girls Home Dual Meet, we will be combining our Intermediate and Advanced groups for a single practice from 7:00-8:15pm. We will also be sending out an email to all parents, but there is a possibility that we do not have everyone's email address- Please pass this information along.

We plan to have a great practice as a large group!

We had a great first week of practice for our Intermediate and Advanced groups last week.

Our first Beginner practice is tonight from 6-7pm. We can't wait to see you there!

Parents- we will be sending out our registration information today for the 24-25 wrestling season. Once received to your email, please forward along to other parents that may be interested in registering their youth athlete for the Junior Cougar Wrestling Club this season.
