Any family or friends to our students at are invited to enjoy the first training day of our 8 week women’s self defense workshop. No charge. No commitment. Only pay if you stay more than a day.

The worst thing that will happen is you’ll meet new people and probably have fun.

I was blessed by a visit from someone I once competed against.

Miguel and I met in the first round of an awesome Grappling Tournament back in 2008 called “The Sasquatch Open”

Miguel was a formidable opponent but I punched my second round ticket with a submission. It’s been so long I forgot what it was. He reminded me it was a Gogoplata.

Then…. He got his revenge 😁
