🤍 Join us for Winter Solstice, where we will clear our energetic fields and set intentions for the year ahead using yoga nidra and sound healing with Tiffany.

❄️ Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation experience, helping students move towards a state of deep relaxation, inviting profound changes in your mind, body, and spirit for the year ahead.

❄️ Students are encouraged to bring an eye pillow and wear comfortable clothing.
