As you write you goals and plans for 2026 be sure to take out a these words and phrases. Take out the “Shoulds” , “have to’s”, “gotta”s and of course the “going to”. All of these are delaying terms. Use “I am”. By pass all the dancing around and just do it. What ever it is just do it or be honest if you are not going to. It will take the pressure off. Jack Stanley B.C.C.

Why?

Many times we see stuff on Facebook or other media and we have one of two thoughts. The first might be that “Wow! they must be doing great!” the other may be “Is this for real?” Let me assure you this is for real. A bit about my story. I could list the obstacles in my life ranging from abuse to business success and business failure, kicked out of church, and business success, to failed relationship to great relationship. The simple truth is. I started life with little or no tools to know how to navigate relationships, business, or just how to be myself. I was not comfortable in my own skin. AND I have learned different. I have learned how to change my state of mind in an instant. I have learned how to identify my strengths and weaknesses. How to grow. How to negotiate, how to love. And how to have friends. I find great pleasure in teaching, coaching what I have learned. And I now know, real people get real help from what I have learned.
