Vortex Martial Arts Academy - Cedar Park We are Vortex Martial Arts, teaching Karate, BJJ, Catch Wrestling, Kali, and Krav Maga. Summer Camps as well! We have something for everyone!

Child, Family, and Adult Martial Arts and fitness programs, Afterchool program w/ FREE transport from yiour child's school. We offer Leander's BEST Private Christian Academy Kinder age 4 through 12th grade, After School and Summer Camp programs which focus on martial arts, dance, and acrobatic gymnastics. We offer adult Martial Arts as well as Krav Maga Personal Safety / Self Defense Classes. Be sure to check out our programs page for more information.

Our Story

As a martial arts expert, Kyoshi Maczuga started Vortex Academy with the goal of providing students with a place to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually through physical activity. Since the beginning, the academy has become an engaging and supportive environment like no other. Our unique performance-based curriculum uses martial arts and related skills such as acrobatics and dance to teach Character Development, Life Skills, Etiquette, and Values! And our convenient after-school programs also create plenty of wiggle room for kids to release energy and improve focus through martial arts, dance, or acrobatic gymnastics. We don't just teach students about fitness: We teach them how to live prosperous lives.
