What is Wisdom? Wisdom is the opposite of Ignorance. It is knowing the best things to do to reach the highest of aims. For the betterment of all people.

Ignorance is not necessarily stupidity… Ignorance is simply “not knowing”.
Stupidity, on the other hand, is making mistakes “knowingly”.
There is an old saying… “Everyone is born Ignorant but it takes real hard work to stay Stupid”.

Wisdom comes from the willingness to delay gratification. Wisdom to be willing to Study; to Prepare and to continue to Train especially when the benefits aren’t readily apparent.

Black Belt Mentor

One of my Mentors, the Late Bob Proctor, once told me in a LA training “Mr. Culin, fall in Love with an Idea”. In 1999, I did just that. After a 20 year career with IBM, I left to follow MY purpose. Creating a Martial Arts Leadership Academy where folks from 3 to 83 can get physically strong, knowledgeable in universal Laws for Success, and to reinforce Honesty and Ethics. That was 26 years ago! What an amazing ride!!

Imagine, there would be no need for kids to “Follow the crowd”, into drugs, violence, and other destructive behavior. To develop a “Purpose” to Become more, Do more, and Have more.

Many times, all someone needs is a “Vision” of themselves they haven’t discovered yet. That’s what great Mentors do: we see things in people that they don’t yet see in themselves.
