Dustin is a true model for making fitness a lifestyle! He started his fitness journey at 320lbs, 17% body fat, and over the course of a couple years he has trimmed down to 190lbs and 9% body fat!

1. “Over the last 7 months Truth has become my home away from home. The friendly front desk crew -Antonio and Bryan- consistently welcomed me by name and always made sure to remind me if I missed a day :-). Personalizing the experience created an unspoken accountability and friendly atmosphere that would make any newbie or gym OG comfortable….
2.) I can’t remember a time in my life that I wasn’t working out or competing in fitness of some sort. My daughter is at The Crossover 5 days a week with dance, which made perfect sense for me to try out Truth. Last year I shifted my focus and renewed my personal goals which changed the style of gym I needed. Being back in a traditional style gym after years of garage style workouts required a mindset for “change”. The minute I walked in I knew it was the space I needed to be successful.

Not only is the environment positive and staff friendly, the facility itself has provided everything I have needed to meet my goals. As I approach the year mark of training for my first bodybuilding show, I can say that every day the blood, sweat, and tears have happened at Truth and I’ve had everything I needed for the big and small days!”

Today we present to you the two first place winners of our first Summer Slim Down Challenge! Together, these two lost a total of 35.4lbs, 8.7% body fat, and 12 inches around their waist!
