Parents and students: reminder that sparring week is THIS WEEK (September 14th- 19th) for Yellow Belts and Higher. We ask that all of the students bring their FULL sparring gear (Helmet, Mouth Piece and Case, Arm Guards, Hogu (Chest Protector), Shin Guards, and Groin Cup (FOR BOYS ONLY). Please make sure that you have your name on ALL of your sparring gear in case you accidentally leave it at the school. If you do not have sparring gear and need to purchase it, please see the front desk as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Adjusted school schedules today! There will be NO regular classes at all locations on Thursday due to Belt Testing. NO regular classes on Friday at Round Rock and Cedar Park. Leander location will resume regular class schedule.
