Meet Coach Lauren — one of the amazing coaches bringing energy and heart to our afterschool programs!

Coach Lauren grew up in the small town of Lorena, Texas, where she ran cross country and track from middle school through high school. Her athletic background helps her bring energy, encouragement, and a love for movement into every class. After living in Washington State for six years while her husband served in the military, Coach Lauren teaches both Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes programs, and she and her family are excited to plant roots and continue growing in the community. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her 2-year-old daughter or cozying up with a dystopian or romcom book. 📚

We're so grateful to have Coach Lauren on our team — thank you for inspiring our kids to move, grow, and have fun every day! 💛

A little behind-the-scenes look at our amazing coaching team during today’s training! 💙

Before our coaches step onto the field, court, or school campus, we come together to train, learn, practice, and prepare so we can provide our kids with a safe, engaging, positive, and FUN experience every week.

We’re excited to kick off another season of afterschool enrichment with Little Rookies, Karate Zoo, Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes across our local parks and schools! 🙌
