If you train, you MUST wash your gi after every use!

I wash my gi within an hour or two after training. I have a couple of hacks for removing odors and keeping it white without the use of bleach. Let me know how you wash your gi.

Does anyone else hate to cut their toenails? 😖

Well, you have to cut both your toenails and fingernails on a regular basis if you want to follow proper etiquette for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.🤙
