Tonight is the Sports Physical Day! All student-athletes planning to participate in summer athletic programs MUST have a completed physical turned in BEFORE participation.

✅ Complete the IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Form
✅ Bring the completed form with you to Physical Night
✅ Create your FinalForms account (if you do not already have one)
✅ All NEW physicals must be dated AFTER April 1, 2026
