Cross country meet #2 in the books! The Haltom buffalo stampede was a fun meet. Our guys all competed well, with Jason Sayavongsa placing 7th and medaling out of 68 runners with a time of 19:17:76. We topped it off with breakfast at Chick Fil A, always a popular choice with our athletes.

NICH varsity boys Cross Country kicked off their 2036 campaign at the Covington cross country meet today. All the young men competed hard in the heat, we have now got our times in the books and know what we need to work on. Senior runner Jason Sayavongsa run a solid race and medaled finishing 3rd with a time of 19:12. Focus forward and let’s keep bringing our times down. Proud of these young men for running hard and competing in the elements!
