What a weekend for the Roofers!! Left Cape Girardeau with the 🏆! Won the 7th grade Reebok Cape Super 32 Summer Showcase

-Played an excellent SEMO United team in finals
- Down 18 in 2nd half
- 14:00 to play running clock
- Tied it in the last minute
- Won in 2OT
- Defensive stops and Clutch shooting

Why we are so proud…
- For a team that doesn’t lose too much, we were concerned how we would respond to the adversity. We did.
- Being down that much allowed us to display our toughness. We did. Incredible job boys.

A lady from the SEMO Bulldogs who we beat earlier this morning made it a point to tell us how she admired the way we played with class, and it was refreshing to see. 🤞

Hopefully we sold some roofs! Thank you parents for having good hard nosed kids, and thanks for reading.

8th grade weekend results.

2-2 overall. These young men were resilient this weekend. Got beat twice Saturday in pool play.

Sunday rolls around and it is a new day. Win two thrilling close games including the finals of the consolation bracket 49-48 on a free throw by Karson Campbell.
