Hello Hoticians, it been sometime now since I posted anything. Just got back from a wonderful trip to Austin. Fired up old Matr’ bout 6:30 am this morning. Got to our location, and we served‘um up rite. Forgive me for my lazy talk, but it was a very successful outing. We smoked Brisket, Pork Butt , with all the fixings up and don’t forget the wonderful mouth watering-marinated Ja-Lo-Pena’s. Hey NOW THATS A MEAL ALL BY ITSELF, DONT BELIEVE ME. JUST ASK SOMEBODY WHO HAS, AND WATCH WHAT THEY SAY. “WHAT!” Any way, come get some those wonderful bricks. Y’all hit me up. I’ll do ya rite. Til nextTime

YOU CAN DO A LOT MORE AND ALL THOSE THINGS ARE STIIL HAPPENING. YOU Don’t HAVE TO STOP WHAT YOUR DOING TO GO GET MORE CORDWOOD TO REPLENISH THE FIRE THATS ALREADY ROLLING. LET HOTICE DO THE WORK. I starting using this product about 6 months ago. I BBQ a whole lot and when my wife saw the build boad. She asked me if I had ever seen this before. No! Was my answer, I drove by the manufacturing plant. Spoke with the developer, I bought about 30 packages. I use to spend $80 to $100 bucks on cordwood. I had a couple of bags of pecan and mesquite left over. I started the fire with HOTICE AND I USED ONLY 4-5 PIECES OF CORDWOOD FOR FLAVOR ONLY. Now hardly use any CORDWOOD at all. I have 1/2 of cord for about 5 months. Still sitting we're I stacked it. Ooohwee smoked some ribs/ briskets/ sausage stuffed pork tenderloin
