Senior Reagan Lewis recently spoke to our dancers about the importance of having an attitude of gratitude. 💗

When we shift our mindset to be grateful for all that we are able to do, all that our bodies allow us to do, and the opportunities we are given, we can create such a positive experience and outlook.

Every performance is an opportunity to perform, grow, and enjoy.
Every practice is an opportunity to thrive, move, and learn.

Dance is a gift, and we want our dancers to remember to find gratitude in the little things, find joy in what we have, and appreciate every opportunity to do what we love. 🩰✨
