I’m sure some of you have had a few of our new gals but let us formally introduce our newest teachers!
Welcome to Balance Morgan!
!!
“I was first introduced to yoga in college, but it wasn’t until I started practicing at Balance that it truly stuck. I initially came to recover from a shoulder injury, but I quickly noticed improvements in my strength and mobility, sleep, and a sense of community that kept me coming back. Over time, my practice expanded beyond the physical into something more mindful, helping me slow down, connect breath to movement, and step away from the constant push to “overachieve”. The benefits I’ve gained from time in the studio allow me to make the most of my time outside of it, whether that’s staying active, working on something hands-on, or spending time at home with my pets (who are always ready to demonstrate their version of downward dog). That continued growth led me to complete my 200-hour teacher training through Balance. In my classes, I aim to create an environment where you can feel comfortable, supported, and confident in your practice. I focus on clear, approachable guidance, functional alignment, and helping you move in a way that works for your body without overcomplicating things. Whether you’re here for a physical challenge, a mental reset, or simply a chance to move and breathe, my goal is to help you get what you need out of your time on the mat and maybe leave feeling just a little bit better than when you walked in.”
