Get out and help parents/neighbors move snow. Shoveling and/or walking behind a snowblower is an excellent way to practice the finer points of rooting/grounding your stances 😉 You can also practice proper structure or “joint stacking“ while shoveling. Use your legs, hips, and core…not your back!

Tomorrow, the club will likely be closed. Tuesday only students will be welcome to attend class on Thursday.
