So fun! We had the chance to attend friends and family night at the Harry Potter forbidden forest experience taking place at McKinney Roughs nature park through mid December. It was very very cool. The lighting, sound system and effects were spectacular! We laughed because we couldn’t figure out where we were on trail. It was pretty amazing how they transformed white tail and pine ridge trails into this beautiful event! And btw I’ve never seen any Harry Potter movies so I had a very different perspective and expectation! ♥️

Finally made it to the park today! 🙌 it’s been one hellava hot summer! Hit the lower trails off the pope bend entrance and managed to get 5 miles in before noon. Red was amazing as always even at 29 he still wanted to move out! Trails are in great shape and the Colorado river was surprisingly flowing pretty good despite no rain for months.
