Fall Season - 8th grade - 12 grade only🍂🍁🤽‍♂️🤽‍♂️🤽‍♀️🤽‍♀️

Waterpolo: Starting August 29th Fall High School Season of waterpolo (18u Girls, 18u Boys), Practice Tues & Thurs 6:45-8:00pm at Suu, Saturday 9:00-10:30am at SUU.
Tournament : UT tech pool Sept 22 & 23rd.
State championship : Oct 6&7th Salt Lake area.
Payments per athlete: $160.00
Make sure your USA water polo membership is current must be complete by September 2nd.
First week of practice any athletes can come try it for free. Payment for the season are due by September 2nd, can a check bring it to practice. “Cedar waterpolo” If you need a different option please let me know.
Suit: wear your spring season suit, if you need to buy a red or black suit. We will not be ordering suits for the fall or shirts, we will do that in the spring time. Linda is working on updating our website with the information for fall.

Water Polo for all 10 to 18 year old in greater Cedar Area.

Good morning!

I resigned as head coach of Cedar Water Polo on Sunday to make room for players and parents who want to take the club in a different direction. The Board accepted my resignation with a unanimous vote.

I offered to remain as the 18U girls coach. The Board voted not to retain me as the girl’s head coach because they said that they were unable to agree to my only demands that I and my assistant coach be paid $500 each to partially cover our expenses (as every coach who completed their training received last year) plus covering our hotel rooms at out of town tournaments.

It I have enjoyed coaching each and every one of you girls, and love many of you, and I wish you success in all of your future endeavors. I hope you will stay in touch and I am sure I will see each of you on a pool deck very soon.

Let flood the email with request for a water polo pool!

INPUT NEEDED: Thanks to the extreme generosity of the Burgess Family, Cedar City has recently acquired approximately 30 acres of land near 4700 West and 100 South. This land is slated to be developed into a sports complex.

Conceptual renderings have been published for the community's input as we gather feedback as to what should be developed at this sports complex.

Proud of these two senior boys! Parker Allen was named First Team All-State and Aaron Munson was named goalie of the year in the silver division at the Utah State Club Water Polo tournament. So proud of these young men who started playing with this club when they were tiny (hard to imagine) and are leaving us with giant shoes to fill. We wish you the very best.

Our MVP and Coach of the Year! Our girls and our coach worked hard this year and the league took note. Hannah Edwards was named MVP, Amanda Goodman was named Coach of the Year, Brooke Merrell was named Goalie of the Year, Olivia Price and Kelsee Leavitt were named First Team All-State and Natalie Moses and Emma Koa were named Second Team All-State in the silver division of the Utah Water Polo Spring League. We are humbled to have been numbered among the best in the State.

3rd Place! Our 18u boys team took 3rd place in the silver division at the state tournament. We are proud of these boys and the effort they put into their season. We are sad to lose our graduation seniors but are eager to see the men they become.

Utah State Champions!! Our Cedar 18u girls won a silver division state title this year. This team was dedicated to practice, improvement and doing hard things. The last month of the season we ended every practice with 5m shots which proved to be the difference between 1st and 2nd at state. We could not be more proud of this group of girls!
