🙋🏾 One thing we always keep in mind when coaching a child with is FLEXIBILITY.

🧑🏾‍🏫Here's a sample workout from one of the kids we coach 1 on 1 that's on the spectrum. Notice we wrote the movements and total repetitions we wanted completed that day. The child choose the order AND did some math to solve for the total reps.

🙄Too many coaches out there are so rigid about there approach that they quickly lose sight of the real goals, for any child; to have fun, move and keep coming back!
