Welcome our newest trainer, Samantha Laitinen 🌟

NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Samantha brings energy, intention, and heart into every workout. With experience in functional training and Boot Camp–style classes, plus certifications in Integrated Balance Training and Fascia Release Therapy, she believes fitness, nutrition, and holistic health work best when they’re all connected.

Samantha is passionate about building real relationships with her clients, creating fun and positive training environments, and helping people reach their goals through consistency, mindset, and sustainable movement.
