Week 4 - Red and White Mock Meet

Due to Today's Extreme Heat Warning we have moved Cross Country Practice to the High School Gym. Practice will be after school until 5pm. 7th and 8th graders will be shuttled over from the Middle School Gym to the High School Gym by Coach Haling after school.

Edit: Coach Haling will send home this flyer FRIDAY (tomorrow). Those who took Cross Country and/or Track and Field pictures on August 5th can order their photos through the school. Please turn these into Coach Haling by August 25th or the High School Office by August 26th!

It’s our last club run and we like to end it on a fun note! Like we did last year, we decided to go to Lake Charles State Park again for a final run through the trails followed by having some fun swimming, playing volleyball, and grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch! Making some great memories!

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day to run mileage that’ll count towards your T-Shirt and Cross Country practice starts on Wednesday, August 14th after school in the Middle School gym!

Week 11 - Lake Charles and Final Week of Summer Running Club!

Club Runs will Meet at Middle School Gym

Monday - 7pm
Tuesday - 7pm
Wednesday - Cross Country/Track and Field Pics at 1pm; Meet at HS Gym at 12:30pm; No Club Run
Thursday - No Club Run
Friday - Trip to Lake Charles; Must have Permission Slip Signed! Bus leaves from MS gym at 7:30am; arrive back to school around 1pm.
Saturday - No Club Run, LAST DAY TO RECORD MILEAGE FOR T-SHIRT!

Cross Country Season Starts Wednesday, August 12th after School at MS Gym.

Cross Country student informational meeting on Friday, August 14th during school.

FREE physical for Athletes on August 18th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm (location TBA).
