I’m starting a small Rivr Method group this Monday at 11am (M/W/F), designed specifically for people who:
• Feel deconditioned
• Have sore or stiff joints
• Want to get stronger safely
• Haven’t exercised in a while
This is NOT a high-intensity class.
You go at your own pace, and everything is coached step-by-step.
