***Yoga Schedule Update***

Yoga is cancelled until May 23rd. At that point, we will be hosting yoga every other Saturday. This change it due to a combination of demand and bandwidth (spring/summer activities). We appreciate your patience and support. Let me know if you have any questions.

Starting May 1st, membership at Columbia River Athletic Club will be increasing from $50 → $75/month.

If you’re already a member or sign up before May 1st, you’ll lock in the $50 rate (or your current rate).

We’re making this change as we upgrade our systems (moving to PushPress), which means:
• a better app experience
• ability to track progress
• workouts and guidance delivered directly to you

Nothing changes about the mission—just improving how we support you.

If you’ve been thinking about joining, now’s the time to lock in the lower rate.

You’re not alone—and you don’t need to “get in shape first” to start.

I’m starting a small Rivr Method group this Monday at 11am (M/W/F), designed specifically for people who:

• Feel deconditioned
• Have sore or stiff joints
• Want to get stronger safely
• Haven’t exercised in a while

This is NOT a high-intensity class.
You go at your own pace, and everything is coached step-by-step.

We’re starting a new Rivr Method cohort at Columbia River Athletic Club:
