Trampoline exercise—also called rebounding—is a fun, low-impact workout with several benefits:

* Improves balance, coordination, and core stability
* Strengthens legs, glutes, and supporting muscles
* Provides cardio exercise and supports endurance
* Is generally gentler on the joints than running
* May support bone strength when practiced consistently
* Encourages circulation and lymphatic movement
* Can boost energy, mood, and stress relief

Start with 5–10 minutes, hold a support bar if needed, and keep the bounce low and controlled. Stop if you experience dizziness or pain.
