🚨🚨ATTENTION PARENTS!🚨🚨
Coach Jaime here bringing something new and exciting for the parents of middle schoolers and high schoolers alike.
I’ve always believed, based on my own experience, that stepping into the world of fitness can feel vulnerable and, at times, uninviting. When I opened 111 in 2016, I made it a priority to create a space that’s welcoming and enjoyable for those of us who never thought working out or exercise would play a key role in our lives.
Over the years, we’ve helped countless members break down that stigma, and it’s always one of the most rewarding things to witness as a gym owner and coach. However, one thing I’ve noticed is the lack of that same supportive environment for our youth.
A common concern I hear from parents time and again is their wish to get their kids more active. I see many youth athletic programs that cater to kids who are already great at sports and focused on fine-tuning their abilities (and I applaud those programs for building up the next elite athletes); but very few that welcome the “new kid on the block.” The pre-teen or teen who isn’t into sports, who might be shy or discouraged by the intensity and advanced expectations of programs designed for already-active youth.
I’ve realized that I’m always promoting our program as an all fitness levels welcome environment — and we already have the perfect setup for these youth within our current schedule. Our Tuesday and Thursday 6 PM classes are highly accessible and enjoyable for beginners. They’re low-impact, educational, and developmental, designed to prevent injury or burnout — and most importantly, they’re fun!
We now have a package available to get your family going on an inviting fitness journey. Here’s the catch, YOU have to partake with them as an accountability and lead by example angle 💪🏼💪🏼
