FUN FACT ABOUT NG GA KUEN KUNG FU — THE POWER OF FIVE!

Did you know? Ng Ga Kuen (五家拳) means “Five Family Fist.” One of the unique features of this traditional Southern Chinese martial arts system is how it brings together principles from five different Kung Fu families, creating a versatile system with different ranges, strategies, and techniques.

The Five Animals Tiger, Dragon, Leopard, 🦢 Crane, and Snake represent different qualities and methods of movement and combat.

That’s why we call it THE POWER OF FIVE!
