Amazing day in Battle Creek! Advocating for our health and taking on Kelloggs 🙋‍♀️👏👏 Kelloggs refused to meet with us. More specifically , , , a Michigan senator, and many others who were there to fight for our health. Food is not just calories. It's information for our cells. You are either feeding or fighting disease. Kelloggs has healthier versions of the same foods in other countries (Canada, Italy, etc) but refuses to remove harmful ingredients from their products in the US. Them refusing to meet with us was honestly cowardly. There's magic in numbers. Whether it's by signing the petition or boycotting Kelloggs until they listen. They don't care about health. They care about padding their pockets. We had to include dad on the sign. He loved Frosted Flakes and Honey Nut Cherrios along with many other highly processed foods. He lost his battle to cancer 20 years ago. I am fighting for him as well.

Life doesn't get easier. You get stronger. Right? 💪 I was going thru some old pics. This is 42 years old versus 27. I remember taking this picture to document my progress. It didn't happen overnight. It also didn't happen by accident. As Dave Ramsey says, you don't win the Super Bowl by accident. The same goes for health and fitness. It's many small, sustainable steps done day in and day out that lead to success. Consistency, not perfection, is key 🔑
