After much consideration, the family of Charles A Warner (Chuck) have decided it is in the best interest of the ranch and the elk on the ranch to sale the ranch to serious buyers. They are currently looking into the policies and protocols that need to be obtained to continue in their father's legacy of raising elk here, and what the new owners will need to have to continue forward. This ranch has been Chucks get away retreat for many years and he put his blood, sweat and countless hours into making it a safe place for the elk as well as a pleasant get away for many hunters.
