The MARLINS SWIM TEAM is a non profit organization that offers a competitive summer swim team program. Your child must be able to continuously swim any legal stroke one full length of the regulation size pool to qualify for the team. Our coaching staff will work with beginner swimmers to help them qualify during the first week of practice sessions only. We strive to promote a positive healthy envi

ronment for our children while teaching them to work hard, act responsible and support each other through teamwork. We encourage the kids to do their best and to respect each other at all times.

It’s $5 Friday so adults are only $5 each to attend and kids 12 and under are free.

Concessions, beer/wine, merchandise, and more are available to purchase on site.

A notable event occurred today at the meet. The esteemed Coach Lucia made a special appearance. Coach Lucia was the founding coach of the Marlins, establishing the team in 1999. Coach Mackenzie joined the team in 2003 and swam through her senior year of high school with Coach Lucia. 🩵 Thank you for your years of coaching and love for the Marlins! We would not be who we are today without you Coach!

Parents get your sharpies ready! Monday is my first meet! Every swimmer will need SPT and their swimmer ID number on their shoulder or back! (just like the picture below)

In addition, it will be helpful to identify event, heat, and lane! (On the arm- EHL) . When Coach sends out an event list tomorrow you will be able to fill in event number, heat number, and lane number!

Coach will email events out tomorrow.
