Hello! I'm back with an update on our up-and-coming 2nd class of CV's Free Summer Outdoor Fitness & Wellness Series at Lake Chabot! Body Mechanix will be teaching a conditioning class that is free for all to join. The class will be from 9-10 AM this Saturday, July 16. It will be held in the grass area across from the parking lot (check out our other post for a picture). Participants might have a chance to win a special prize😉. Can't wait to see you there!

Our first event was a success! Mistee taught an amazing mindful morning yoga class. We 100% recommend taking more of her classes (and similar ones) at CV Yoga! They are offering a New Student Special with one month of Unlimited classes for $39. Go out and get moving!

CVY offers classes in-person and livestream on Zoom. Classes are led from the studio by one of our wonderful teachers with practitioners participating in the studio and on Zoom.

The first class is 9 AM this Saturday 7/9 at Lake Chabot (grass lawn next to the bathrooms) taught by CV Yoga! Mistee will be teaching a Morning Flow class💓. All sessions are completely free and no signups are necessary. If you are able to, bring a yoga mat and bath towel for under the mat. And don't forget a hat or sunscreen! Looking forward to seeing you there!
