Lesson Schedule: We have been so busy, I have not been able to keep up with our online lesson schedule, but here we go again.
** riders will all be handed a code of conduct proceeding the new year, and all riders will need to sign a new liability form as we head into 2025. I will be doing paper copies until we are online with these forms.
Lesson Schedule:
🟪 quick reminder: please be on time for lessons, if you ride at 5:30 you should be at the barn by 5 at the latest! Allow yourself time to tack and get ready and ride up the road, it takes about 10 minutes at a slow walk pace, 7 minutes at a brisk walk💘
❇️All lessons after 4:30 Pm will be at Horse Amour until spring: Steph will teach at HA, please wear a safety vest, bright clothing, and head lamp!
❌ 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: please be courteous and let us know ahead of time if you cannot make it. Betsy travels over an hour to come teach! This allows our staff to fill spots if we are able, and to put your horse away so it’s not standing waiting for you to arrive. Rescheduling is TOTALLY fine, but you will be billed for a no text/ no call/ no show.
⚠️we will no longer be accepting show entries without payment. Our entry forms specifically request payment for entries to be accepted. We are required to pay arena fees, at the time of use, and that’s very hard to do when we have had numerous no payment, no shows.

Reminder:🔴CANCELLATIONS need to be in 24 hour advances. We will accept cancellations, with no fee as long as you reschedule your lesson for that week. You will be billed for your missed lesson, if you do not reschedule. With a proper cancellation notice we will keep the work manageable and our equines much happier. With the cold and bad weather it is a lot to ask them to stand/trailer/tie for hours. I understand if conditions are absolutely unsafe I do not expect a policy like this to to take place. Please understand that this a good general practice that will be enforced.
RESCHEDULED LESSONS: if you cancel last minute and re-schedule that is totally fine, however you cannot re-schedule your previously rescheduled lesson more than once. After that you will be charged a cancellation fee, and need to schedule a new lesson.
🌀Coaching fees and trucking will be posted with the show schedule. Please reach out to Steph for this list of shows.
💟 Riders attending horse shows need to be enrolled in weekly lessons, before attending off property shows. Children/students attending recognized events through USEA/USDF need to be taking atleast 2 lessons a week.
