Our 10,000+ sq foot facility houses cardio, pin, tons of free weights and locker rooms with showers. Our mission is to offer the locals of our great town of Castle Rock the cleanest, friendliest, best equipped, most helpful and most affordable fitness center in our area. We are a month to month agreement membership (no long term contracts) fitness facility. Our membership is $40.00 for the 1st fam

ily member, but lowers to $35.00 for the second and even lower for the 3rd $25.00. No contracts, just a 30 day cancellation policy!

We said goodbye to one of our long time members today. Norm has been a member at Balance Fitness since the very first year, back in 2003. He had his own opinions on everything, and he didn’t care if you agreed or not. He might have had that mean look on his face, but he had a heart of gold. We’ll miss you Norm! 💕😔🤍 Dustin Fulton
