The club would like to hear from on what they want out of an archery club. What style of shoots would you like to see and attend? What are some of the ways that we can bring the volunteers we need to set up and tear down the shoots?
We are open to all ideas to whatever it takes to keep the Lewis And Clark Bowmen active and going. The club will have another meeting on March 6 at 6 PM at Bobs Sporting goods upstairs in the archery range. Papa Petes pizza will be provided for the attendees. Please bring your ideas opinions and thoughts and let’s keep this club going. Thank you very much for any opinion and time!

ATTENTION, LEWIS & CLARK BOWMAN members & anyone wanting to join, We are having a meeting at Bob’s Sporting Goods on February 24th from 9 to 11. It is of upmost importance that you join us please. Heres what’s going on. Our president, secretary, treasurer & range coordinator are stepping down from their roles. Smokey Crews stepped up to fill in as President & Rick Hartley is staying on as Secretary/treasurer til we can fill these roles. We are not asking anyone to fill a position unless you absolutely want to but the importance of this meeting is to get together and discuss how we can keep our archery club going. If we are going to keep our club going, this is the time for you guys to step up. Give us ideas on what can help and what we need to do different. We need everybody’s assistance as a team to keep this club moving forward. One of the biggest issues is getting enough help at shoots setting up & tearing down targets mainly. Our shoots are our big money maker & is what really pays our bills. Please mark that day on your calendar and be there. I cannot stress enough how important it is. RICK HARTLEY SEC/TREA

We had a pretty good shoot at our Monday night Bob’s league with seven shooters going for the money & the title. We did a shoot up tonight and James Curl waded through his opponents & came out on top. Good shooting to all. Next week.

I think I might have forgot to post our Monday night Bobs indoor league winners for last week. Thanks for the reminderJC. Only a couple more weeks left before we crown the winner of this half of the year. Whoever has their name the most on the belt gets to take it home for good. Congratulations to James Curl & Joe Riley on being the top Dawgs last week. See you all Monday

900 shoot coming up on June 10th at Barnes school. Sign up at 8, Practice from 9 to 10 and shooting for score at 10. Great shoot & we got our pass through problem fixed so we’ll everybody there. Rick Hartley sec/Trea

All right gang I’m gonna post this one more time. Hopefully everybody sees it. Hopefully everybody’s got it marked down on their calendar. Safari shoot on Saturday with registration starting at 7am. Tomorrow night we will be setting the shoot up, getting all the targets out and setting up the canopies and getting ready for Saturday morning, so anybody that can help we would really appreciate it if you come up and give us a hand anytime after 3.
