What a weekend! We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete who had the courage to step onto those mats and compete.

In Jiu Jitsu, we win or we learn and just stepping onto one of the biggest stages in the sport is an accomplishment in itself.

But one of the best parts was seeing our team truly come together as ONE cheering, supporting, coaching, and fighting alongside each other every step of the way. That’s what TEAM is all about.

Proud of every single one of you — now we learn, grow, and come back stronger.

Jiu-Jitsu is challenging. They won’t always win. They’ll get frustrated, struggle, and sometimes want to quit.

And that’s okay.

Because that’s where resilience is built. They learn to work harder, keep showing up, and try again.

What an incredible day celebrating our Ghost Squad family! Congratulations to everyone on their promotions, awards, and a HUGE congratulations to our two newest Ghost Squad Black Belts — a milestone earned through years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing parents and members who brought food and made our potluck so delicious and memorable. We are truly blessed with such an incredible community. ❤️
