F3 Castle Pines Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith every Wednesday and Friday morning at Elk Ridge Park F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. F3:
1.

Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Is free of charge
2. Is open to all men
3. Is held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
4. Is led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
5. Ends with a Circle of Trust

In 2020, a global men’s fitness group, F3 Nation, began a Castle Pines chapter and it is going strong today (see The Connection July 2023, “Men’s group more than meets the eye”).

What is F3?

It starts with fitness. That’s kind of the thing that brings all of us in. But it’s really a leadership group. It’s about voluntarily forcing yourself to do some hard things. Ultimately, that empowers you in all the other areas of your life.
