Kevin K. here with two BIG thumbs up for our long time Visit Genesee County, NY good friends at Dan's Tire and Auto Service Center and the Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers Batavia Store. The company's 2018 GMC Sierra puked the water pump late this morning. I was able to nurse it home and called Sherry at Monro to tell her the problem; "have it here by 1:00 pm and I'll see what we can do". I then called AAA (I cannot recommend having a membership enough by the way.) Within 20 minutes, one of Dan's flatbeds showed up and off to Batavia he went. Sherry called me back a couple of hours later; "You were right, the water pump is in pieces. A new one is on it's way and we should have it all back together by 5:00 pm." They did, and it's back in service, ready for the coming weekend. DOUBLE HUUZAH to both fine organizations!!
