Hello everyone, we have some exciting expansions that are on the way for the summer! We’re going to be expanding into a separate room for the dumbbells and the ez-bars. We will also be getting new machines for the gym and one of those new machines is displayed in the picture below! That would be our new plate loaded hamstring curl. We will be putting it out near the other machines soon. Look forward to more updates!
