3 new MEN ONLY Classes this month! Why? June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and we want to talk about something that usually gets brushed under the rug. 🧠
Statistically, men face incredibly high rates of depression and anxiety, yet the societal pressure to “just deal with it” keeps a lot of guys from speaking up or seeking relief. We’ve always said that our club isn’t just about punching bags; it’s about what happens to your mindset when you leave it all out on the floor. 🥊
When you box, you aren’t just getting a workout. Physically hitting a heavy bag triggers your body to release endorphins—the chemicals that naturally boost your mood—while simultaneously crushing your body’s stress hormones. It is one of the cleanest, most effective ways to quiet a loud mind and reset after a brutal day.
We know life is a heavy load sometimes, and trying to handle all that stress entirely on your own shoulders isn’t working. 🤝
To give you a real, unfiltered outlet, we’ve added 3 special men’s-only classes to our schedule this month. These are built to be straight-to-the-point, hard-hitting sessions designed purely for you to hit the bags, release some tension, and find some genuine relief alongside guys who get it.
