Ligrow's Fitness and Athletic Performance Center Free weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes, personal training, supplements, golf simulator We also have an area designated for free weights.

We are the largest fitness center in the area and Cass City's only 24 hour facility. We have a complete circuit of exercise equipment and cardiovascular treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. We offer fitness classes 5 days a week upstairs. I offer in-person and online personal training. We have lockers and a changing room for those on the go. TV's, music and WI-FI are also available. Aspire Rural Health System is offering walk-in sports physicals for just $10 cash only this summer! No appointment needed — simply stop by from 1:00pm–4:00pm on your school’s preferred date and get ready for the upcoming sports season.

✔ Parent/guardian must accompany student
✔ Half of every physical is donated back to local athletic departments
