We are the largest fitness center in the area and Cass City's only 24 hour facility. We have a complete circuit of exercise equipment and cardiovascular treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. We also have an area designated for free weights. We offer fitness classes 5 days a week upstairs. I offer in-person and online personal training. We have lockers and a changing room for those on the go. TV's, music and WI-FI are also available. All of this for a great price. Call or come and see what we have today!

Apparently there has been some confusion I would like to clear up. To use the simulator, you do not have to be a member at Ligrow's Fitness. It is a completely separate service that we provide. You do however need to set up an appointment to use the simulator.
