For those who are doing a spring break staycation in the area & need something to do that benefits every party of you: here is a week full of options at our studio in Cass City
Monday:
6:15pm - 6:45pm Kids Yoga
Jeralyn leads the children through a fun 30 minute yoga experience moving their bodies and bring awareness to their minds and building a sense of presence in their movement.
7pm - Yin Yoga
Jess guides you through 60 minutes of long stretching rooted holds. Building awareness into the breath, and expansion into the muscles, fascia and bones with gentle adjustments and capping it off with some tea to relax your mind, body and soul.
Tuesday:
10am - Simply Yoga
60 minutes with a "slow burn" moving our bodies in a slow and mindful way, building strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Wednesday:
10am - Gentle Yoga
Rooted into the earth we move gently for 60 minutes with breath leading the way into movement of connection into our bodies. All based on the ground in supine, on hands and knees as well as rooted into our sit bones.
Thursday:
7:15pm- 8:30pm Glow Yoga
Lets GLOW together. Join us with your family and decorate your bodies with fun glow tattoos and paint as we fill the dark room with black lights to bring out our inner "glow" as well as having some fun moving our bodies and connecting our breath to that outer glow.
Friday:
6:30pm-8pm - Yin & Massage
Jeralyn and Jess bring their skills together to bring a unique experience of stretching your body and relaxing with gentle adjustments and massage techniques to deepen the relaxation and experience. 90 minutes together on our mats and ending with some warm tea to send you into a blissful weekend.
Saturday: Round TWO - last weekend was a great success.
