Friday April 4th, we are doing things a little differently at Buff N Fit. We are having a call to action. A valued member of our Casper gym community lost a brother a couple years ago, another strong soul tied to this little town we all call home, Scott Gorrie.

In his memory, we are hosting a workout designed for him, in his honor. We invite everyone and anyone to show up and support this family!

Fitness, Friendship, Family, Food, and Fun- can't think of a better way to honor someone like Scott. Please join us at 5๏ธโƒฃ4๏ธโƒฃ5๏ธโƒฃ for a workout and BBQ in his honor ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Some people leave a mark so deep that time can never erase it. Scott, was one of those people. He wasnโ€™t just strong- he was unstoppable. He lived for fitness, thrived on competition, and never backed down from a challenge. There wasnโ€™t a workout he couldnโ€™t do, no weight too heavy, no rep too many. He pushed his limits every day, and if you knew him, you know he made sure everyone around him did the same.

This workout is built around the numbers that mattered-
35 reps for the 35 years Scott lived, and a 2022-meter row for the year we lost him. It will be hard, but he wouldnโ€™t have wanted it any other way.

This isnโ€™t just another workout- itโ€™s a test of strength, endurance, and heart, just like Scott would have wanted. We invite anyone who knew Scott, or anyone who wants to honor someone theyโ€™ve lost, to join us. Do the reps. Feel the burn. Push through like Scott would.
