Meet Greg👋🏽 Starting this week, Greg will be teaching an all levels class every Saturday 🗓️ from 11 AM - 12 PM 🕕 The training attire will correspond with the rotating gi / nogi randori on Saturdays from 10 AM - 11 AM 🥋

Greg will also be teaching the all levels class tonight at 6:30 PM. Attire will be no gi🤼‍♂️

HALLOWEEN SCHEDULE 👻 We be hosting two classes on Halloween (10/31) this Friday at 🎃 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM No Gi class which will focus on the fundamentals of controlling and attacking from the side control position followed by sparring. 6:30 PM will be a No Gi class concentrated on sparring. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Halloween👻🕷️

I have received several questions about our uniform policy at Natori Jiu Jitsu and I will say this.

First, we will not pressure or require our students to wear our patches or Natori branded apparel.

Second, a lot of you are former students of the previous Jiu Jitsu program at LifeTime. If all you have is Vidal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu branded gear and are nervous to step on that mat wearing it, don’t be. It is fine to wear it to class, it is not banned. We don’t expect people to throw away any of their gear. You are not the only person wondering.
