Aikido is a non-violent martial art based on principles of the redirection of energy through efficient body movement and timing. Aikido has roots in jujitsu, judo and dito ryu aikijujitsu. When practiced consistently with intense dedication, over time it can become an effective self defense art. Proficiency takes time, but the applications available to daily life are far more rewarding.

I will be concentrating on re opening the dojo in the next few days. If any of you have anything you would like to see in that regard please let me know ASAP. if you would like to see a specific class time let me know. I may add morning classes if I get enough interest. also I am available for private lessons if you have interest there. hope you all have a happy new year.
